More football fans than you'd expect actually seem to not have a huge interest in the World Cup. Mostly those who are club over country and don't care that much for the international game in general.

They're both different things though. I compare March Madness more to the FA Cup.

I don't get that though, it's football, if they are football fans then they shouldn't care if their "club" isn't involved anyway. It's football, and its the world friggin cup!
