I'm too bust watching the game to post much, but I will say that Aston Villa has had a ton of pressure over the last few minutes, with Friedel and Nelsen coming up with goal saving saves and tackles respectively.

Gray may have injured his shoulder in a clash Luke Moore.

24 minutes in.

Andy Todd takes advantage of a mistake by Sorensen and toe pokes the ball into the back of the net from six inches out following a Pedersen corner. :)

Sorensen tried to argue that Bellamy and Todd kicked it out of his hands after he had control of it, but the replay shows that he never truly had it. An attacker should have every right to a ball in that situation.

Friedel has been huge today. He had a couple of nice saves in the first half, and he just did a great job in taking care of Baros in a one on one situation.

Mokoena on for Gray. It looks like he toughed out the shoulder injury as long as he could.

Neill goes over to left back and Mokoena will play on the right.

Bellamy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorensen came out to challenge Pedersen, the ball came off of Sorensen straight to Bellamy, who finished it off. :)

Awful day for Sorensen.

This game really shows how keepers can affect a game.

Friedel has been perfect and come up with some great saves, while Sorensen has put the ball at the feet of opposing players twice. Guess who's up 2-0? ;)

Friedel is clearly my MOTM, but Savage has really stepped up in the second half I think as well.

Savage just single handedly ruined an Aston Villa attack by running around like a madman. :D

Dickov on for Sinama-Pongolle.
