Is our front line our weakest spot?
Do we have skilled goal scorers that can be comparable to our midfielders or back line players in their positions?

Depends on the form of EJ. If EJ is in top form then we're
rollin' with McBride, EJ, and Donovan. Pretty impressive
I'd say.
Depth is a weak spot but Arena's system and methods
haven't helped...

I'm probably going to take a beating for this but is definitely our weakest spot! EJ hasn't been playing heathy long enough to acually know what his true form is even though the potential is high. It seems that everyone has a love afair with BMB including BA but the games I've watched the last year or more BMB does not impress. His only ability seems to be heading or lunging for a ball to score. If he has to hold or pass the ball you might as well count as loss of possesion. LD does ok at forward but not world beater and not his natural position.

I think we do have talent up there , but in the match against Poland for example , we didnt have any service the whole first half and some of the second . I think BMB adds another dimension to our offense , winning every ball in the air , and LD and Ej both have speed to run at defenses . It is a lot easier when you have a strong central midfielder ( not KZ ) playmaking .

Right now I think it's the weakest spot for the international level. BMB is rightfully receiving his praise. I use to think that he was too 1-dimensional, but he is becoming a more well rounded forward, and very good too. EJ has disappointed me because I expected him to be the type that could create on his own and that doesn't seem to be happening, but he can put it in the back of the net. If he had TT workrate, he would probably be able to do that. TT is coming around, but it's still a hard call to say how he will be in the long run, but he's proving that he can step up so far. As for Wolff, well, I think most would agree he's not known for finding the net as of late.
But compared to the guys that have a knack for finding the net, I don't see our guys being as hungry as a Wayne Rooney, but hopefully they prove me wrong. Again, I'm just comparing they abilities to score, not the other many tangibles that they bring.

EJ's a goalmouth predator and was never a 1 v 1 type.
His workrate when fully healthy and in form is fine.
