Who wants to start a betting pool that it will be mid to late May before we see anything :)

How did the rest of you indicate state on your address, since there wasn't a block given for state/province/etc? I just filled it out as Cambridge, 02139 (since zip code implies state and city and the post office will deliver mail to just a street address and a zip code, even if they don't like you doing that), but I'm wondering if I shouldn't add a "MA" to the city name before the address change deadline.

Technically, you don't need the state to send something as long as you have city and zip, but I put New York in the other line on the form.

Where it said "city", I put "Chicago, Illinois" both within the single blank provided.

I placed the state in the Address Supplement.

I used my home address in my application, since it was the same as my billing address. I am thinking of changing it to my work address now, since that's where I'll probably be when the courier arrives. I can only imagine the hoops I'll have to jump through to get the tickets if I'm not home when he shows up.
