Won't Dallas have an issue with another team being the "Red Bulls"?

Can we still call them the Mutts if they change the name?

Red Bull might give them wings, but they still won't have a prayer!

No matter what, they'll always be Mutts.

"Given the Metros' sometimes sorry and underachieving history"

Well, we can't really argue that ;)

I hope they change their name to something completely ridiculous. The more fodder for trash talking the better.

Lalas would make a great mascot for the New Jersey Red Bulls.

What's french for corporate sellout?

I heard they paid the fans of their austrian team to wear the new colors. I sure hope Red Bull has twenty-four bucks set aside.

Does Guevara know that caffeine hurts male performance?

The abundance of red bull in the stands will surely increase the horn blowing output at Giant Stadium.

As you can see, I didn't give up mutt-hating for lent.

It's better than AEG and HSG owning eight teams. Having each team owned by somone different is the first step in phasing out the single-entity training wheels that are still on MLS.

In my opinion, revenue sharing and salary caps are good, but having the league own the player contracts leads to the suspicion of favortism every time teams fight for a player. Eddie Johnson was traded from Dallas to KC to create salary space. You have to question such a deal because HSG owns both teams.

Now I agree with the disapproval of buying a team for blatent corporate advertising. What Red Bull did in Austria was dispicable. Which is why I want it to happen to the Mutts (and maybe LA). This is something where the fans need to have a strong voice. I doubt the Krafts would be so silly. AEG and Red Bull have proven otherwise.

OMG (that'll cost me some beads on the rosary), I just realized that I'd have to give up my late night pick-me-up: Red Bull & Vodka. Not to mention car bombs. The heathens up here refer to the red bull based drink as a "carbomb" so you have to make sure the barbabe knows you want irish car bombs.

As Dave Attell says: Red Bull & Vodka. Just what a drunk needs: energy!
