USA VS UK season pass

So today I decided to click the little American flag in the upper right hand of the liverpool official homepage. Although I have been religiously checking the site for about 2 years for some reason it had never occured to me to do so. Much to my surprise there is a USA and UK season pass (season ticket). I am American who is paying for the UK season ticket. Can anyone tell me what the difference is exactly (i.e. price)?

Well, they're selling downloads of individual games for $7.95, which is about what I pay per month for the entire E-Season ticket.
