Last Saturday at the Rapids game, there were about 8 youths around 16 years old in Section 225 decked out in official sky blue PSV Eindhoven kits, speaking Dutch, etc. I can only assume it's a youth team.
Any idea why they were in town? Is there a tournament going on somewhere in Ohio that they're playing in?

They were apparently conducting a series of youth camps for several high schools. Reportedly, the younger brother of Ruud van Nistelrooy was among the group.

I bet the 8 of them in street clothes could have beaten The Crew.

We had training camps with PSV guys when I played at Whetstone. But the guys that ran our camps weren't sixteen. I thought they said they were 1st team guys but I can't remember any of their names.
Edit: Wow I just now noticed the dates on the first few posts. 2002 would have been on of the years we had the camp.
