Anyone ever gone there for a few days?
Looking for something different to do for a few days in July, might take a trip down there.
Is it worth it?

I havent been there in a long time but would like to go back. I've developed a more acute sense of military history since my last trip.

Always been into Military History myself, although it's just recently that I'm getting into the American Civil War.

You'd dig it then Clan. Well worth going to. The boys would probably enjoy it as well. Since you'll probably be doing a roadtrip from the Poconos, you should stop off of 476 in Valley Forge as well.

Haha...yes sir there is. The fine brand of Yuengling Lager. I can't see Clan giving us Yanks credit for beer though!
It's funny because you can always tell if someone is from the Philly or SE Pennsylvania region if they call it "Lager" instead of Yuengling. I go to bars up here in NYC and ordered a "Lager" and they always ask "Of what?". Rookies.

It's a 35 min drive to Gettysburg from my house.
PM me when you are sorted and we can meet for a beer or three when you come.
