I haven't heard anything official. I would say chances are good that if this three game "tourny" is going on (which with the Nashville game announced sounds like it will be) that Cleveland will get a game.

Hartford on the 28th would take away our Memorial Day game. Is there any word of the USMNT Cleveland game?

It is confusing - a lot of games, teams and dates being thrown out there. Too early to tell about Cleveland.
Let's keep this updated.

Wagman at SoccerTimes.com has this scoop:

Although none of the matches have yet been announced, SoccerTimes learned at this weekend's U.S. Soccer Federation Annual General Meeting that the Americans will face Morocco in Nashville on May 23, a South American nation, likely Venezuela, May 26 in Cleveland and Latvia May 28 in East Hartford, Conn., before departing for Germany.
