I don't watch Lost, but most American television shows have one episode every once in a while that is highlights of previous seasons. It's basically a way to get people to watch without actually having to go through the trouble of shooting another episode.
Does that really happen that much anymore (Lost notwithstanding)?

If you were a stupid American, you'd sue the store for $1,000,000 even though it wasn't their fault (and you might even win the case). I hate our legal system. Did you hear about the guy who sued McDonald's because he spilled hot coffee on himself? And he WON the lawsuit (MILLIONS of dollars)! :mad:

Mind you, I'm not totally against our legal system. But sometimes it makes no sense.

I guess it does. I don't watch TV much outside of sports, but I'm sure television execs use the same bs tactics over and over.

Hahaha, that is priceless. He wasn't suing himself, he was suing the city, but he WORKS FOR the city, so he's still a moron.

They threw it out because it was essentially suing himself. So then his wife tried to sue, but that got thrown out under common law or whatever because you can't sue your spouse in California except for divorce.
On a side note, the explosions you heard all day Friday were from my bracket being blown to kingdom come.

Yeah its ********ed up. The "explanation" for why he's there is pretty weak too. On the plus side, there are plenty of adventures coming up in the hatch. Don't wanna give away anything, but let's just say that Sayid gets to do his thing one more time down there.
