I'm sure this was explained somewhere and I missed it, but I was wondering why they did not play in US soil...Thank you.

Yikes ...
Alright, one last time
a) They couldn't find a good field to play on up here
b) It's generally too cold to play up here this time of year
c) They honestly felt playing down there gave them the best chance to win.

I got this one.
Revs ownership doesn't like it's fans, the players are afraid of the cold. to the best of alll of our knowledge this is what we have come up with.

Figured someone would get it.
I'd explain it the Sunderland and Newcastle fans on here, but it would take too long. :D

I was looking for the thread before posting the question, but did not find it. Maybe you could have been more constructive and post a link instead of your smarta$$ remark...

There's this amazing thing called the "search function." It allows you to, erm, SEARCH a forum for a given phrase, like "Revs in Bermuda", "pointless thread", or "I want those 15 minutes of my life back."
This has been a Public Service Announcement from your resident prick.

Don't take it personal. It's just been a very very frustrating issue for many of us here. There are some Revs fans that were okay with us not playing at home, and others that weren't. So ... well, it's been a rather long lasting argument.

I'd explain it the Sunderland and Newcastle fans on here, but there are no Sunderland fans and Conquerant, KaptPowers, and TheMagpie all root for a superior team anyway. :D
