Arnie scored one hell of a goal for Leicester in the FA Cup 4th round @ Villa in 2001.
Perhaps he was never given a fair shot under Peter Taylor at Leicester, especially with Akinbiyi starting over him every game, but he's always been an average player. However, I think he's got a fair argument here. The guy's just wants to go to some club where he's wanted, and these restriction rules seem quite arcane.
