This again. It is an old banner from the Southlake years that translates as Welcome to Helms Deep which was a fort of Rohan in the Lord of the Rings books.

Actually, it's "Welcome to Helm's Deep. Have a nice day." Those who know the reasoning behind the statement, appreciate the sentiment. Those who don't, can't. Therefore, no further questions will be answered.
