World Cup ticket transfers

Anybody have any idea the procedures for transferring World Cup tickets from one name to another name? When we got our tickets way back towards the begining of 2005 they said a ticket transfer portal would open up February 2006. I can't find anything...

I've sent a couple emails to the folks at fifaworldcup.com but haven't gotten an answer.

Any help would be great!

Here is the response I got from FIFA:

The Organisation Committee (OC) of the 2006 FIFA World Cup™ offers
ticket holders the possibility to release their tickets for resale or
transfer their tickets. A successful resale will depend on supply and
demand. The approval by the OC for a ticket transfer depends on the reasons
given by the applicant. Transfers within a family will be granted in
particular, while transfers to third parties will depend on the reasons
given.
The ticket portal will be available on www.FIFAworldcup.com in the
Customer Self Service area from 20th of March till 2nd of April, as well as
from 1st of May until two days before the relevant match. Details on
the exact modalities of the procedure will be published before the 20th
of March.
