Your right che`,if Liga didn't do it with Fossati and Pellegrini has thier coach, they most definitely will fail with Oblitas in the bench.I'm gonna have to go with Velez. After beating Liga 3-1 in Quito(something thats very difficult to do,even the world club champions..Sao Paolo couldn't do)

I'd like to see LDU a colombian team or of course (being venezuelan) a venezuelan team.
I guess Maracaibo has a chance based on what they've shown.
Let's see what CaracasFC can do against SaoPaulo tomorrow.

Fossatti left Liga when they were at there peak. I still think that Liga de Quito has the best club that year and if Fossatti would have stayed than they would have definitely had a chacne to win it. too bad.

I vote Catolica, but they have to improve a few things.
I definitely thought Corinthians was a clear candidate, but after the game with Catolica, they showed several limitations.
If Cerro Porteno keep a constant level, it seems that they could also have an interesting tournament.
On the Argie side, River seems solid but they have yet to face difficult competition. Velez isn't the same one from last year... I don't think they'll get far.
It seems this year's Libertadores is a bit more competitive than last year's.... any thoughts on this?

no nos podemos olvidar de chivas
el unico equipo mejicano que es Copero! hay que hablar en serio, tienen talento y directivos que estan detras de una final de copa, campeon no se, pero pueden llegar hasta el final. Pero me quedo con 2 de los braxileros

Let's see what CaracasFC can do against SaoPaulo tomorrow.
Caracas doesn't have a chance in a million years the way they play, same goes with SaoPaulo that won because a free-kick was deflected on a defender.

You sound like we didn't deserve the goal. The Pitch was horrible and so was Caracas. They played like they were the away team.

Sao Paulo won't repeat. I think we can all agree with that.
Corinthians has disappointed, but they are still favorites.
I love the way Catolica play. They need to finish a bit better, but they are a favorite IMO.
Interesting teams are Internacional from Brazil, Velez and Cerro Porteno.
then comes the usual called "favorites" in River Plate, Palmerias.

And may I ask you why would anyone agree with that?
Considering, right now, São Paulo is clearly the best brazilian team and simply owned Corinthians in yesterdays classico?
By the way, Mascherano looked like a clown against São Paulo. Kinda like he did last year when he was still at River.

Actually a lot of people would agree with me that Sao Paulo won't repeat.

They may be the best brazilian team in the league, but I see them right on par with Inter in the Libertadores.
It's too early to tell, plus Sao Paulo and Inter don't have super tough groups, but something tells me that they won't repeat. I think that this year they don't have what it takes to win the championship again.
Sorry to disappoint you, but that's just my opinion  I don't think they'll do it again.
