Having said that, anyone "sharing" their PDF is still helping us in a way, as it's all good advertising for further books - it all spreads the word.

I bought it last month. Pretty good so far. I've learned a good deal about the recent history of the club, which was important since I didn't start following LFC until this season.

If you get the chance, I definitely suggest purchasing the book. It's a wonderful read for those of us with passion for the club running through our veins. Tomkins is first and foremost a fan, and it certainly shows. Some of the middle gets a bit tedious with minute detail, but the introduction is worth the purchase price alone, the chapter on the CL Final is amazing (and certainly put into words emotions that I still have trouble expressing) and it's hard not to get a bit teary reading the chapter about the new stadium.

I got a late start on reading this but took some time this weekend so I'm almost half way in.
It's good, very good. Well put together with a "Fair and Balanced" write up on the Houlier and Owen Saga's with some information that I hadn't seen before.
Like to read more of the Fowler exit, maybe he'll give more but it's just mentioned in passing, no details.

It might be considered a little dry by some because it's not all "Ra Ra we're the best" The author sort of just assumes we know that.. :)

Well worth reading and a steal at 2 pound 50. (200+ pages)

Looking forward to the rest of the book and the tale of Turkey.:D
