Oh I gotcha.
I actually sent a comment on the "Respond to Page 2" thing on Tuesday, reminding him of his EPL team (and how they were not doing too well). Hoping that since the comment is pretty different than the rest of the stuff coming in to that mailbox, it gets printed.
edit: and Winter is great. Fall and winter may be my 2 favorite seasons.
That may also explain why I occasionally feel depressed and turn to the bottle. Or maybe not.

My woman is from Brooklyn. She'll be happy if we never leave. Plus, we both like the winter.
Simmons mentioned that he didn't follow the EPL because college basketball was too entertaining last season, primarily due to Oden/Durant. Hopefully, he'll get back into it once football is over.
He mentioned Arsenal in a recent column as proof that his Ewing Theory is alive and well.

In his links column this week he acknowledged his mistake. (Arsenal actually won things with Henry.)

I am extremely interested in the Romanovs and so if you have read any good books about them tell me as I am sure that I can read them while conjugating ancient Greek verbs.

The God Delusion - Richard Dawkins
Interesting more because of the quality of his reasoning than his conclusions or his oppinions... But a very good book

I was never going to finish Ulysses before school starts so I've switched to something shorter. All Quiet on the Western Front. Have really enjoyed it thus far.
All Quiet got put away due to school issues and the like, never had the time. Pulled it back out yesterday and today and finished it and I highly recommend it. I can't remember the last time a book moved me as such.
For those who have read it: Kat's death near the end. Nearly had me choked up.
Brilliantly written and touching.
Has anyone read the German version? I would be interested in giving it a go to revive my German knowledge a bit. I haven't spoken or read the language other than snippets here and there for four years or so.

I'm pretty sure Giggs does, although I could be wrong. Also, I think Sir Bobby Charlton just came out with one. Haven't seen it around over here yet tho.

SAF definately has a bibliography published and at least one at that. I often see it in charity shops especially the one called 'managing my life:The Autobiography' published in 1999/2000 which is from the great man's point of view although there others including one by Stephen F Kelly called 'Fergie: Bibliography of Sir Alex Ferguson' and another (quite new) called 'This is the one: Sir Alex Ferguson-The uncut story of a football genius' by Daniel Taylor. The best one I believe is the Autobiography and my sister has that one.
Giggs does have a bibliography/Autobiography. There was one published last year called 'Giggs-The Autobiography' by Giggs and Joe Lovejoy and there is another which could be interesting which was published in 1995 called 'Ryan Giggs-my story' especially because he is young at that time.
Gazza does have one out and very recently called 'Being Gazza-my journey to hell and back' by Gazza, John McKeown and Hunter Davies.
I am reading Sir Bobby Charlton's autobiography which is excellent and it has only just come out.

I thought I would say that I have bought a book by John Cleland-Memoirs of a woman of pleasure. Due to the controversy that surrounds it I thought I would read it.::eek::D
A book I would recommend is this

I have read 'Lorna Doone' by Richard Blackmore which if you can get the hang of the way it was written (rather like 18th century language) it is a good story.
