i love the new home kit, dont like the away kit, think it shoulda been more like the home, just reversed colors (the stripes white and blue, shirt red, or the stripes red and white, the shirt blue)

Liked the shirts better "in action" against Guatemala than the pictures released at the unveiling. They're grwoing on me....Thumbs up.
However, the shorts looked enormous on Beasley and looked "baggy" in todays USMNT match. Thumbs down.

I always hated collars on soccer jerseys. I like the new jerseys. I thought the blues looked good today.

I hate them, I hate all the new Nike kits. I like the adidas ones much better.

My favorite ones were the 2002 kits, and then they changed them for the last ones. Just as soon as I got used to them, Nike changed them again. I do like the home kits but hate the away kits... too much like the '98 jersey, and quite frankly, I want to forget '98

We didn't wear those jerseys for France, nike changed the jerseys right before 98. They had one horizontal stripe across the chest and were pretty simple. We wore the jerseys you're thinking of between 95 and 97, we wore them for qualifying. Those jerseys are my fav US jerseys ever, so I like the new aways.

i like the total 90 kits and the vapor kit from the 02 cup... its like there is a requirement to put out a new jersey each year, makes us spend more money... booooooo

Nike's jersey cycles run every two years, in advance of the World Cup and the UEFA championship (not counting one-shots like Arsenal's throwbacks this year). They're not alone; everyone puts out new gear for the World Cup.
