I am just curious where the most fans in the Houston area are from.
Just quickly post what county you live in.
My guess is Harris county will have the most fans.

I am a Native Houstonian. I live in Los Angeles County, as do several of my fellow Texans friends.
I fact I live in Long Beach about 20 minutes from the Home Depot Center where Chivas USA play.
Mexicans beware I will be at all the games that Houston plays against the Chivas USA and the Galaxy.
You won't be able to miss us. We will be the group of 5 guys Holding up the HUGE 1836 numbers and waiving the monster 1836 Flag.(I am not Joking!!)
Prepare to be HIGHLY offended. (LOL)
We are also still debating whether or not to dress up in Sam Houston type outfits.

Ahhh... Beautiful LBC.
Don't harass the Mexicans by bring this 1836 flag to the HDC or coliseum when Chivas is playing. The mexicans will boop you a@@ off. Specially if you go to the Coliseum. Do you're self a favor and don't go there.

Harris. Home to the debt-ridden "Harris County Sports Authority", who profess to have our best interests at heart with regards to soccer, but will in all likelihood be left out of any SSS equation that is ultimately written.

Remember why Oliver Luck was hired. He wasn't hired because of his soccer saviness. He was hired by AEG to get a SSS built in Houston and the name change is part of "greasing the skids" to get there. He still has buddies on the Harris County Sports Authority and knows how to get a stadium built.

Oliver Luck was sworn in as Chief Executive Officer on December 3, 2001. In his role he oversees the operations of the Harris County Houston Sports Authority, the governmental entity created in 1997 to provide the financing, construction and management oversight of the three large sports and entertainment venues in Houston: Minute Maid Park (home of the Houston Astros), Reliant Stadium, (home of the Houston Texans and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo), and the new Downtown multi-purpose arena (home of the Houston Rockets and Comets).

Harris county, home of rising property taxes and crime. Also, home to those with no heritage...

Harris Way out west, but still not Fort Bend.
Just wondering, is Fort Bend represented here? I would have thought about half of the board, given the population.

Far NW Harris - hopefully they won't do a deal with HISD but get one with CFISD :) - LOL, I really don't care as long as they figure out a deal.
And watch the bad-mouthing of the Sport's Authority - you know who has been running that all these years . . . he is now running the Houston team. Actually a good move by him as I don't think the Sport's Authority was going to be able to do anything else, besides perhaps a SSS, their reason for being at least in the short term is wrapping up.
