They were out of the super, cheap restricted fares on the day I wanted to fly out (6/10), so I had to pay an extra $122....but still happy with my JFK/FRA RT fare of $869 for a DIRECT flight (returns on 6/25). If you are flexible with your travel dates, you can fly for around $750! These fares aren't showing up on Orbitz, Travelocity, etc. Click here for more info:

The other thing some of you may want to consider is flying to Dublin (Delta is cheapest now, but book at your own peril) and taking Ryanair (www.ryanair.com) to Frankfurt-Hahn (HHN) which is about 120 KMs from Frankfurt, and also close to Kaiserslautern, for those of you coming in for the Italy match. I saw a fare, I shit you not, for 0.34 euros one way. That's not a typo. Again, going that route, you can travel for around $600-700, which isn't bad either.
Hope this helps some of you!
PS - What does a guy have to do to get a bit of rep here at BS;)
