I'm going to Germany and have two questions

First of all, how hard will it be to scalp tickets? I'm assuming if I walk around the grounds before a game, I will be able to find sellers. For a US-Italy game (for example) how much would I have to pay for horrible tickets? What about a really unattractive game like Costa Rica-Japan, how much would I have to pay to get into a game liek that?

Also, I'm wondering if anyone has any advice about the eurorail selectpass. I was going to get it for four different countries, and am wondering if I could ask someone questions about it via e-mail.
