Piggybacking on the Jersey Collection thread...

That same night (before I saw that thread) I was writing down all the teams I have seen play. Live. In a stadium. I'm only counting professional, tournament, or National Teams, and only Men's teams right now. We can expand if necessary. But I'm not including US College teams or US Women's teams. Seen means live in a stadium. Friendlies and practice matches are OK, as long as it was a match, not just a practice. And to that end I'm not including MLS Reserves, because they are pretty much extentions of the clubs. I would consider a match between NUFC reserves and a non-EPL team as having seen that other club because it's pretty much a different scale in England vs. the US reserves.

Home team is DC United, and I've seen all 14 teams that were in MLS play. I've also been to DC, NY/NJ, Columbus, LA, San Jose and Chicago's stadiums, and White Hart Lane for soccer matches. I went to Dallas' old place (the Cotton Bowl) but not for soccer so I don't count that. Also have seen matches in the Richmond stadium, Germantown Soccerplex, Lincoln Financial Field in Philly, and Heinz Field in Pittsburgh.

Newcastle
Manchester United
Che£$ki
Blackburn
Tottenham
Nottingham Forest
Celtic
AC Milan
Roma
Barcelona
Bayern Munich
Bayer Leverkusen
Boca Juniors
Communications
UNAM Pumas
Harbour View
Didcot Town

Guatemala National Team
Panama National Team
New Zealand National Team
Uruguay National Team
US Under 17's
St. Kitts and Nevis Under 17's
Hershey somethings (US A-League)
Richmond Kickers
and I think the Rochester Rhinos of the A-League (I know I saw a US Open Cup at RFK but don't remember the opponent)
and I think I've seen the US Under 20's, and another Guatemalan team in a tournament in DC.

I count 44 confirmed with more to come...

Thx,

Jay!

Do the Tacoma Stars count?

I have seen two college games. That's all. I'm deprived.

I've been to Stamford Bridge too. Just on a tour was all, no game. I need to go to games when the European teams come over in the offseason. Is Sunderland coming over to get bitchslapped by Portland again this summer? :D

That's a whole lot of EPL games.
The 5th was supposed to be MU v Boro at OT. I'll settle for the FA Cup Semi instead :)

The only day there's a game that we are not scheduled to see one is Friday the 21, Grimsby v Chesterfield. I'm already plotting my travel to/from Cleethorps.

Thx,

Jay!
