Here are some pics of Benedict Alexander ________. He was born on February 14, 2006 (he'll get lots of stick someday for that), and was 9 lbs, 14 oz, 21 inches long.

Congratulations! All babies are great, but the first one is very special.

Pretty big boy you had (well the mrs. haven, that is)...I'm thinking CM or GK.

:D :D :D

Congratulations to Haven and Mrs. Haven. I wonder who'll be volunteering to get up with the baby early on Saturday mornings.

Oh, congratulations haven!!! What a cutie. He seems mellow; not alot of crying in the first pictures is a good sign -- definitely Scholes-ish too. I hope you and Mrs. haven are well.

Enjoy the tiny-ness; he'll be driving before you know it. ;)

I'm so freaking excited that I'm even sharing online. I'm going to order him a Man Utd jersey, but can't decide which player. My favorite is Scholes, but I'm also considering Rooney, Ferdinand, RVN, and Solksjaer. Baby has red hair - so maybe Scholes would be best.

Congrats, haven. The first word you need to teach him is "Rooney", even before he learns how to say "mama", "papa" or "yum yum".

Thanks, everybody.

I'm very torn between whether Baby H will be a GK or a CM. On the one hand - I play(ed) GK, so I'm a bit biased. On the other, I've always believed that the Roy Keanes of the world are more important than the Peter Schmeichal's of the world. Oh well. I've got at least 4 years to decide.

Mrs. H thanks you as well (she trolls these boards once every few months). Since she's finishing up school in a different city than where I work right now, she definitely is the one doing all the hard work! I only get to drive to Austin to see them on the weekends :(.
