I'm actually not sure if this was played today or yesterday, but Luis Bueno's byline says Feb. 16:

Anyone know how the US lined up and who played?

US won 3-2 but the MLSnet article is written from ChivasUSA's perspective.

I'd love to compare lineups of the USMNT squad from last year and this year. I'm guessing there was quite the qualify drop off once a good portion of talent was released from camp this year.

Regardless, I believe a strong Chivas USA squad is good for MLS, so I hope they actually have improved.

Im pretty sure that it is. Now does anyone know a lineup or us scorers? All i got out of the article from the us point of view is that carroll and Palencia got into it a bit.

According to one of the posters on the CDCU board, Ching had one of the goals.

I know it's five years on, but Llamosa (and Pablo) was (were) a big reason for the success of the 2001 Miami Fusion backline. Without him, I don't think the team was title-worthy. He was always slow, but had a great way of being like a "tree" in the way. Sorry, I'm a little off subject...

couldn't tell who the third goal came from, but it looks like Ching and Johnson had the first 2.

It wasn't Martino. It looks like Ching took the shot that scored unless Rolfe deflected it somewhere.

Ching got the first, Johnson the second, and possibly Ching again (not really sure) on the third.

The end of the video shows some weird scrimmage from the next day in which the players can only pass the ball to each other with a volleyball punch, catch it with their hands, and can only score with headers. Hejduk gets the first two goals and as the video fades out, you can hear him ask, "do they have a pro league in this?" Good stuff.

Was that Martino or Olsen with the shaggy hair?

It looks like Rolfe Was playing ACM in the video. Is this the position that he ever plays with Chicago?

We may see a lineup of say:

-----------Ching----Johnson
---------------Rolfe
Martino---------------------Quaranta
---------------KZ
Pearce-----Conrad---Pope---Hejduk
---------------GK

It will be interesting to see if young player like Rolfe could handle the pressure of playing ACM.
