Seeing as how this is kind of a down week for us, I thought some might be amused by the following. From football365's Mediawatch (http://www.football365.com/features/mediawatch/index.shtml):

'James Beattie is forking out for a new £115,000 Lamborghini to show his allegiance to Everton. The striker wants a blue one instead of the usual red and white editions.'
Impressive? Maybe. But hardly as impressive as getting a tattoo of the Everton badge on your arm, along with your squad number, Duncan Ferguson style.
Mind you, Big Dunc has plenty of spare time to spend in the tattoo parlour. The next five Saturday afternoons, for example.
Also, for the really bored, the Transfer Gossip page has the following unsubstantiated blurb:
