Hello,
I chose the bank transfer option for the last phase, and I need to pay for my tickes. I do not see an account number to transfer the money to. The person at the bank told me that the email I received did not include a German bank account number so they did not know where to transfer the payment. Can anyone direct me to more information or had a similar experience? I tried emailing them without a response yet.

I had the same problem....here is what fifa wrote back to me
thank you very much for your email.
Our bank account number is stated as IBAN (International Bank Account Number).
We would recommend you to print all the information given in our email and
present it to your bank. Every detail that is needed in order to complete an
international transfer is given in that email.
Since your bank transfer is international, there is no address or telephone
number required. However, should your bank still request those details: Dresdner
Bank AG, Gallusanlage 2, D-60329 Frankfurt am Main
Should the reference number be too long, you can leave out the figures before
and after your order number. Since your order number is the number required in
order to assign the receipt of your payment to your order, it should be
sufficient to provide us with that number.

To which email address you sent your question to FIFA. I still didn't receive confirmation for my bank transfer, so I want to send a question to them.

I still haven't heard whether my bank transfer went through or not. However I did print out the email I recieved and took it down to my bank and they did it no problem. So hopefully it went through! As far as my contact I went to fifaworldcup.com and just clicked around until I found a customer service link. If you can't find it I can try again.....look long enough and you'll find it. god forbid they make it easy.

Iwas allocated tickets during phase 3 and I still have received no follow up email detailing how to do the bank transfer. I have sent two messages via the website and gotten no response. Obviously I do not want to lose the tickets, how long did it take them to respond to you?

I got my response immediatly....go to fifaworldcup.com and click on "my profle" and see what it says regarding your account. You should have gotten something by now. It says if they don't recieve payment by feb 24th your tix are cancelled!

Yeah I know about the 24th deadline. I just can't believe that I have heard NOTHING from the ticketing customer service after two messages. Very frustrating!!!!

Was the status of your application changed to "paid" ? My application is still "no paid" (i confirmed with my bank that the transfer was OK). I'll send an email to FIFA (following your instructions) tomorrow.

mine still says not paid....i'm calling the bank on monday to see what's up. I called on friday and a very nice lady gave me a name and number to call on monday to confirm. She told me things are pretty chaotic there.

I still haven't gotten an email with bank transfer payment instructions for phase IV. My tickets were confirmed on Wednesday morning. Also, my phase III ticket order still says "Not Paid" on the FIFA site, even though the transfer has shown up as complete on my bank account since Wednesday. This is making me a ball of stress.

Question for guys who have already paid using a bank transfer. When you make a bank transfer did you include the order # of your tickets? I've gotten to tickets to a few matches in phase IV, and was wondering if I have to make a different transfer for match, or if I can make one big bank transfer. Thanks in advance for any help.

Much appreciated if someone could clarify the OUR bank transfer procedures for ticket payment. My bank here in Japan had no idea what it was..should one send extra money on top of ticket and shipping price to cover this. Any idea how much one should send?
Any replys much appreciated must return to bank tomorrow morning..

I sent an extra 30 euros in Phase 3 and the transfer went through fine...the general consensus is that 25 euros is quite enough. This is in addition to the fee (~30-40 euros) your bank is going to charge.
Speaking of questions....
Has anyone gotten a bank transfer information email from Phase 4 yet? I haven't, but since I have my order number and the IBAN and everything, I was going to go ahead and do it. In Phase 3, the Reason for payment was "xyzYOURORDERNUMBERv4" Is it in this same form for phase 4?

i unfortunately read your reply after I visited the bank.
went to bigger bank where they understood the OUR.they had a fixed payment of 2500yen about 18EUR..a contractual agreement with the bank. lady informed me that there is a chance (because of rate changes) that the payment may be a couple euro short whereby Germany will contact my bank..
can only hope and wait now ..good to hear that people are getting Phase 4 tickets now..thanks again for info..good luck cheers Kuri:)
