Accrual method. You have to work to earn vacation. It is the same at my office. It sucks though. I'd rather get the 2 weeks right up front. I guess it keeps people from taking the first 2 weeks of January off then quiting.
you are supposed to accrue vacation at my job, but you can use all your vacation in the first two weeks, but if you get laid off or quit before you have "accrued" enough vacation for the time you took off you get less of a severence package for being laid off and less money on your final check if you quit

Is it wrong for me to admit that I thought the "Diceman" was hilarious? So many of my friends were offended by his comedy..... I finally told 1 friend "look are you a slut? and she said No! So I said forget about it then he is not talking about you!" I swear people take stupid stuff so seriously sometimes! :rolleyes:

Its a beautiful day here today...warm, sunny, no wind. Good morning to all!!
It is going to be in the mid 80's here today.:( It will cool back down though by the weekend, hopefully. For those up north, I'm sure 80's sounds great. But when it is that warm or hotter most of the year, you cherish the few months of cool weather.
