Med/pharmacy student?
Psychology. A lot of the course deals with the neurological/biochemical causes, origins, effects, etc of behaviour. We studied sleep in itself a bit last semester.

I suppose I should have mentioned that I study it in my spare time, between designing space shuttles and researching cures for cancer. I'm also a well-known Premiership player ;)

Heh...first thing we got told in first year is that Freud is bullshit. Something else I liked was that all his patients were female and he managed to sleep with most of them. What a pioneer.

The only time when my sleeping patterns were seriously messed up was June of 2002 - I watched almost every single game of the world cup (starting times 1am-6am), I had to work four times a week (5-8 hours each day), and I had classes ending around June 15ish and finals starting the next week (no easy classes too). So I tried to sleep whenever I had a chance, and the time usually was around 5-10 pm.
But other than that, I try to get at least 6 hours of sleep daily, and sleeping 10-11 hours on weekends.

Just seems everybody is doing psychology or marketing these days.
And I told you before, I don't speak Spanish!
You're not becoming a big David Icke fan are you? Three of my pre-college mates are in psychology and are getting big into that crazy stuff.

"Baxter, you know I don't speak Spanish!" - never gets old :D
David Icke? Can't say I know too much about him, but from what I've heard...no.

Of course it never gets old, that movie - and it's quotes - were actually the basis of a short-term relationship I was in. Sad? Yes. Funny? Yes.

Was it with a guy (or small fluffy dog)? Most of the girls I know hate that film - a crowd of us watched it last night and within five minutes we (the guys) were in tears while the girls wandered off to do girly things somewhere else...just sayin', is all.

I had a really disturbing dream last night. I dreamed that I was a groupie for this band, but the band was made up of non-musician-types, including Steven Gerrard!! Let me tell you, I don't know WHY I'm dreaming about scousers, but I blame this forum for one.
Anyway, it wasn't enough that the dipper-king has worked his way into my sub-conscious -- in the dream, we were actually good friends, buddies, with a little sexual tension and flirting to boot. *shudder* I definitely wasn't married in this dream, and I was "after" Gerrard. *shudder again* I woke up from this nightmare, and even now, hours later, I still have this overwhelming icky feeling.
Btw, as a female soccer fan, I do enjoy looking at hot chiselled men; you know, if I have to; I mean, it beats a stick in the eye. But, Steven Gerrard??? No, thank you, I'll pass. And a scouser hero?? That's like a guaranteed STD. Ugh, it's just too upsetting . . .

I think I need to be alone now, at this point in my life; I need to learn how to deal with what I've become. :(
