Actually, I'm not in the book draft because I got there too late.
And don't make so much noise billy. You might wake the neighbors. ;) :p

right ill try and not take one tomorrow see what happensYa, you just have to put yourself thru a "hell day" -- set your alarm for the time you need to get up, stomach thru the day with no naps even if you haven't slept much, no caffiene or anything, and you'll be super-tired by night time. Keep the schedule for a couple days in a row, and you're golden.

Oh, and NM...if you can't get to sleep, call me and I'll sing you a lullabye. Could I request an interpretive dance lullabye? :p
Preferably one involving a United flag?

Sleep meds are very dangerous as they are can be easily abused. Don't take extended naps, excercise, avoid caffeine and high sugar foods. Caffeine has a long halflife so it's best to just avoid it. Good luck.

True, I use meds as a last resort (like the time I didn't sleep for 70-odd hours in autumn, not out of hcoice ut sheer inability to sleep), but they are not something people want to be using regularly. If you only use them for a week, it could mean 2-3 sleepless nights after coming off them, very easily.
