I'm eyeing up Newcastles 3rd kit since I like the colors but they never wear it and I'm sure it will be forgotten after this season. I think theyre selling them cheap at the NUFC webshop. Im also very iffy about getting a name on the jersey since with the current state of football no one seems to stay on the same team for long. Only the legends or when I get multiples of the same kit will I get the name on there as well.

True enough. I admit my guilt and I am embarrassed by it... Not claiming to be a fan or anything, just liked the kit. See what happens when you have too much money to spend on jerseys? Just know I'll be sleeping in my "Toon Army" tshirt under my NUFC blanket tonight while I wait to see our boys beat Tottenham tomorrow.

In other news, I went to my first Bayern game a week or so ago and bought a Mark van Bommel 07-09 home jersey. It is SWEET.

One thing I need to say though is that the current NUFC kit is great quality. When I got it last summer I was pleasantly surprised to see how well made it was and all the small details. The Man U and even my Celtic uniforms are pretty much just standard jerseys with the teams logo pasted on it.
