The first leg is this week in Praha, while the return is the following week in Italy (I believe).

Hopefully Slavia can get a win (by a couple of goals) at home and go to Italy with an advantage. I'm hoping for a nice 2-0 victory for Slavia in the first game, but how realistic is that?

Probably a tough match for Slavia.

Makinwa is a good up and coming player for Palermo and Terlizzi is having a decent year....

Though it may be winnable for Slavia if Palermo rests some of their better players. They have a match against Chievo next and a win would put them within striking distance of Europe. So it may be strange if they'd rest players in order to get them to the competition next year that they're currently playing in! This isn't that weird as it sounds, as AS Roma will be resting Totti for their UEFA cup match so that he can be fresh for Roma's Serie A match. Though Roma's situation is a bit different, as they're very close for the last Champions League match.

A good win at home for Slavia, despite giving up the all important road goal. I'm confident they can go down to Palmero and come back with a tie. :)

Slavia lost 1-0 away to Palmero on a goal from Godeas in the 51st minute - going out on the 'away goal' rule.

There are no Czech clubs left in European competitions. :(
