Two things:

-To call Japan unmotivated last night is like calling the US unmotivated, considering that both sets of players are domestic-based and fighting for a spot on their team's WC roster. So I would disagree with that assessment of the US' last opponent.

He still plays in Poland, but the winter break is long so he currently training with his club still , and the season will restart on March 4th

but he will be available 2 days before the game
