As Jaypro, ToonUSA, et al. have noticed, there are a lot of mentally challenged people on the MLS General forum. I thought it would be amusing to post any annoying/stupid/obnoxious/arrogant quotes you may find from that board, should you happen to venture there. Let's see how long this thread can go (or not, depending on interest). Wahoooo.

Anyone know why FIFA doesn't allow MLS teams to paint team logos on the field? I think that would look terrific and contribute toward home field advantage. If they wanted to stop the field from being cluttered, they could just expressly ban corporate logos and advertising instead.My favorite thread at the moment. Particulary the last sentence. Great advice for a league still trying to turn a profit.

It wouldn't change the game but would make viewers identify more easily with what they are seeing ov t.v.
Instead of a team logo, how about a banner that says "SOCCER" on the field. That way people know what they are watching?
Just struck me as funny.

I'm not sure anyone refers to the Galaxy as "the Green and Gold." It's just as simple to say Galaxy.

Wait a minute, bridgeviewturd didn't like that post you referred to because he/she thinks it race-baiting or something? I don't see it all.
That's too bad Knave won't let non-DC fans participate in his forum, but there are other threads on this topic in RSL & MLS forums. Knave is a rather power-tripping person. We have more lenient moderators in the Galaxy forum so you'd be welcome over there if you pledge your allegiance to LA.
Just got done perusing through the Nowak controversy and it's freaking madness by the posters.
