Yeah my intent with the thread was to discuss Knave's attempt to lock the DCU discussion regarding Nowak's alleged comments. The thread has gone in another direction.

So what did Nowak allegedly say?

So what did Nowak allegedly say?Told a black player from RSL to go back to Africa. Check the MLS, RSL and DCU boards it's pretty interesting. DCU claims he said go back to the hospital.:D :confused:

Okay, this wasn't from the MLS General forum, but the USA Men's News & Analysis forum. Backdrop: a fan got pics of the USMNT departing the airport and a few people decided to play fashion police. The following quote (http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showpost.php?p=8576384&postcount=145) just made me go "WTF?"

Dress sloppy = think sloppy = play sloppy.

This isn't "How to do Europe on $25 a day" and these guys will not be staying in youth hostels. Get rid of the backpacks.

Very poor on the part of US Soccer or whoever chooses the clothes.
Sportsmen representing the worlds most important country in the worlds most important sporting event should at least look the part. And we wonder why the US's image abroad has never been worse.
