I'm not so keen, although I think any song suffers in my mind compared to Three Lions. And you can't get better German related banter than the video for the second version of that, with a team of 70's hairstyled Kuntz :D

This video is quite popular in Germany too, as is the song. They even played this horrible England 5 Germany 1 version in my (until then) favourite radio station several times. Astonishingly, a lot of Germans don`t mind if the British scoff at them (at least as long as you don`t mention the war), but are really pissed off if the dutch do so.

Well it depends if its funny or not. A bit of banter is ok as long as doesn't turn nasty, like some of the tabloids have done in the past.

It's "Dads Army" humour, It's harmless. It's gonna happen and it will lead to a few "tense" moments in Germany, football's like that.
