Actually it hasn't been that bad in Philly, aside from this new patch of never ending rain. Brisk fall weather.

I am over in Miami, Florida enjoying the weather, when there aren't any hurricanes over here. I'm fortunate enough to watch some liverpool games over by the beach with all types of people residing here to see this great team play.

I've been to Churchill's once, it was alright. I watch over at Playwright's. Was there during the WC and it was fantastic. I was there on Tuesday watching the victory over Chelsea and the place was packed. Great atmosphere, great venue, and most importantly great Liverpool fans to celebrate the victory with. I will for sure be there on the 23th, your more than welcomed to join the party.

Great! We will need all the support we can get. Even though there is a fair amount of Liverpool fans, there was a decent amount of Milan fans there for the Man U game. Besides watching the game in Athens and Liverpool, this will hopefully be the third best place to watch the game.

Born in Romania, moved to Austria when I was five and then made the move to NYC.

Currently residing in the borough of Queens, most diverse place in the United States....not very pleasant place.

MiamiSoccer72 you still plan on going to watch the game over at Churchill's or did you manage to convince your friends to go to Playwright's to watch the game?

I live in Ephrata, PA a bedrom community to Lancaster City in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch country--lots of horse and buggy Mennonites and Amish folks around, and some of the best farmland anywhere.

We just moved into an old farm house built sometime in the 18th century. The land the farm sits on was deeded to someone whose name I forget by William Penn in 1736. So our house was built sometime after that. THere are two houses on the farm, and as ours is the smaller of the two I suppose that it was buitl second--probably for a first born son and his family. That's my guess anyway.

Ephrata was home to a religious sect way back when of startling austerity at the Ephrata Cloister. The slept on wooden benches 18" wide and around 3-4' in length. They seemed to believe that one must completely be deprived of any sort of luxury to prove devotion to God. One of my wife's relatives was a member of that community and is buried there.

Here is the house we just moved into a couple of weeks ago. No cable TV available. :(
