Apparently Cleveland can't have one until the team wins MLS cup.
So let's compare:
Milwaukee: Peter Wilt and a bag of hot air.
Cleveland: Paul Garofolo and $100 million.
Hmmmmm. Now I wonder which projest is more likely.
