That is a fantastic story. When others wonder about class and history and a sense of a real football club, look up Carragher and Liverpool. I won't name them but can you imagine the show ponies at other clubs doing something like that?

Truly amazing story. I think there is no better illustration of the bond between Liverpool's greatest and their legion of fans. No wonder Rafa wants to reinforce the Scouse spine of the club.
