Gotta Run. I have to go buy my kids a fish for Valentine's day. I give this sucker 2 weeks before he joins Nemo in "the pipes". Just remember, all pipes lead to the ocean. LOL

And Happy Valentine's to everyone.

I'm a card freak too, Steph. My mom is also. We're the type that won't be able to narrow down our choices so we'll give the same person 2 cards. I'm the same way with quotes. I could read them for hours. I started a quote book and filled it the first day. So if yall ever have a witty quote to add, let me know.

And I see losing love
Is like a window in your heart
Everybody sees you're blown apart
Everybody feels the wind blow

perfect for today.

Listened to that last night. Still a great song. Timeless, really.

The wife and I have a standing policy about Valentines Day...no presents, no meals, just a card.

Plus my birthday is tomorrow which casts a pretty long shadow over Valentines Day! :D

OK folks, here's poll for you about my trip to London in March.

1) Go over for the Liverpool match, where tickets are going to be tough (impossible?), but a great many BSers will be in town.

2) Go over for the Charlton match where I've been pretty much guaranteed a ticket but very very few BSers are going (including a certain someone who is at every match).

Keep in mind I'm travelling solo....

I know what my preference is but curious about what my OT buds would do.

hmmm, having been in London solo for a few days, and then with some BSer's i'd say go for the 'Pool match and try to nick a ticket from someone. you never know when someone will not be able to attend.

If Rick was going to be at the Charlton match, I would suggest that one. I like taking trips solo but it is nice being able to meet up with friends. Therefore, go for Pool. As Matt said, you'll most likely get in.

Go to the game I know I was going to be able to see...especially if I haven't been to THOF.

"Love Is Blindness"

Love is blindness
I don't want to see
Won't you wrap the night
Around me
Oh my heart
Love is blindness

In a parked car
In a crowded street
You see your love
Made complete
Thread is ripping
The knot is slipping
Love is blindness

Love is clockworks
And cold steel
Fingers too numb to feel
Squeeze the handle
Blow out the candle
Love is blindness

Love is blindness
I don't want to see
Won't you wrap the night
Around me
Oh my love
Blindness

A little death
Without mourning
No call
And no warning
Baby...a dangerous idea
That almost makes sense

Love is drowning
In a deep well
All the secrets
And no one to tell
Take the money
Honey
Blindness

Love is blindness
I don't want to see
Won't you wrap the night
Around me
Oh my love
Blindness

Go to the one you want to see. Like was said earlier, Rick is a miracle worker, but tickets are to be had. At the Finsbury Park tube stop, there were more tickets for sale than there were buyers prior to Manchester United's match that I went to. Tickets for face value.

Likely to see more goals if you go to Charlton ( I went to Sunderland )
