Yeah, IMHO Metzelder has much greater talent and potential, still at the moment he is not fit and Brzenska is doing a good job. So for NOW no need to change.

I agree. KC told me that Brzenska might keep CMetz out of the lineup and I doubted him. I don't anymore.

Rosicky had a good match, but PLEASE let someone else kick penalties. His shot was so lousy, we could be happy that Georg Koch was still dizzy because of Tobias Willi's foul. ;-)

I agree there too. However, I think BvM just wanted to get Rosicky on the scoresheet. Sometimes it only takes one goal to start a streak. No matter how that goal is obtained.

In memory of Torsten Eriksen, a good friend and a GREAT BVB FAN!!!

Rosicky imho just took the shot to improve his worth on the market
He wants to leave .. and imho he will play his best half season now ...

I think you are half right. I don't think he took the shot to "improve his worth on the market". Nobody is that stupid. I think he took the shot because BvM wanted to get him on the scoresheet.

As I said in response to "jonam", sometimes one goal, no matter how it is obtained, can start a streak.

I do agree that Rosicky will play his best half season because he wants to leave. The thing is, he played pretty freakin' well in the first half of this season and the final half of last season too.

But I agree with your assessment that he's trying to raise his worth. This is why I think BVB will be smart to wait until after the World Cup to sell him.

I considered Thorsten a friend as well, he allways knew what to say. I was glad to read that BVB gave him a reason to feel happy in his last hours ...
