For those interested...there is a POLL on the front sports page asking the readership what team they would come see if they were front row seats. The majority voted they would see he Rapids! That is fantastic considering there are now 7 Professional teams in the Denver area.

There aren't any specific areas on the website devoted to the Rapids. The only thing that site has is a link to the Rapids homepage. Not too good.

How is the coverage of the paper during the regular season?

they have a section for the rapids during the regular season... a couple of articles a week on average

I voted, but only once. I'm such a purist since the last presidential election on any ballot stuffing - but the play-by-play link was hilarious.

We really are that crazy - where we're fighting for respect alongside some desperate lacrosse fans.

The Mammoth - I like the name, but why is it singular? Not, The Mammoths?

Frankly, I think the new MLS teams should go for the creature names again. The Sabertooths?
