Ryan Nelsen will do a little "Bachelor" style game for the Sports Junkies on WHFS.

K, do you have any digitized photos of his date with the women of the Screaming Eagles?

Fruit and flightless fowl aside, Ryan Nelsen will be on with the Junkies around 8:40 this morning.

Should be amusing.

Ryan was very good on the Junkies this morning -- rolling with the punches, generally coming across as a very cool guy, even if it was occaisionally hard to make out his words through the thick accent. Hasn't this guy been living here for a long time? Shouldn't there be a reverse of the phenomenon that has guys like Harkes and Friedel sounding like Brits? He'll be back on Monday to meet the contestants and decide which ones to go out with -- should be amusing.

And all this friends back home complain about his
American accent.

Harkes and Friedel still sound like American's to the Brits, just slightly less so.

I think being in New Zealand the past two months has probably thickened up his accent quite a bit, I spoke with him in September and he was quite understandable.

K, guess we showed him such a good time, he's back for more! Although I'm willing to bet he won't see as much flesh this time as he did on our date ;)

BTW, I got .jpeg's from our date (can't upload them, but I got 'em) - anyone care to help me out?

Not unless he selects one of those strippers from the Junkies Nutcracker contest (dang, some of them were scare eeee!!!)

Ryan is a fabulous date (and enough of a playa to juggle the attention of FIVE SE ladies til 5 in the morning!)

That is true - I definitely had a blast.

But just for the record as to who wore out whom, I do believe it was Ryan that was snoring on the ride home...
