32 teams left
EPL - 12 left
D1 -- 14 left
D2 -- 1 left
D3 -- 3 left
Conf - 2 left
At least 3 of the EPL sides go by the way this weekend because of games involving 2 EPL sides. Likewise, there are 3 games involving D1 teams. Also, 4 games involve a D1 and an EPL team.
Big question -- will ANY of the lower division teams survive the weekend?
2nd Div Brentford (10th place) host 1st Div Burnley (16th place)
3rd Div Rochdale (17th) host 1st Div Coventry (6th)
Shrewsbury (18th) host EPL Chelsea (4th)
Bournemouth (8th) visit 1st Div Stoke (22nd)
Conference Sides Dag & Red (8th) and Farnborough (10th) travel to 1st Div Norwich (5th) and EPL Arsenal (1st) respectively.
Brentford and Bournemouth probably have the best odds of surviving but the rest are all LONG odds at best.

Talk about some last minute excitement.
6 of today's 11 games had the result changed by a goal in the last 10 minutes of the game -- 2 of them coming in extra time.
Gillingham equalizes against Leeds in 82nd minute to force replay.
Blackburn scores 1:15 into extra time and also forces replay against Sunderland.
Norwich scores 4+ into added time to win 1-0 over Dag & Red.
After Ipswitch scored 3 goals in 4 minutes to even the match midway thru the second half, Sheffield United scores in the 89th minute to win 4-3.
Southhampton also scores in the 89th minute to force replay against Millwall.
Watford scores in the 80th minute to extend West Brom's woes knocking them out of the cup 1-0.
In addition to these 6 games, Burnley's win over Brentford wasn't really "in hand" until the last 10 minutes when they got their second goal in the 82nd minute on the way to a 3-0 win.
Also, Walsall's win over Wimbledon remained in doubt to the end as they held onto a 1-0 lead.
Only Arsenal (over Farnborough), Rochdale (over Coventry) and Wolverhampton (over Leicester) had reasonably comfortable wins.

A trip to Old Trafford for us. I fear the worst. Mind you, it is the cup and anything could happen.

I fear for the mancs, the boys won't have enjoyed losing there earlier in the season and this is the perfect chance to set things straight.

Bummer for Rochdale! Not quite the dream draw their manager was hoping for, is it? Though it could've been worse for them in terms of a payday.
Looks like Fulham/Burnley is the dream match up for this round. ( ;) for those whose sarcasm-detector is broken)

BBC: Giants Collide in Cup (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/fa_cup/2696519.stm)
Manchester United have been handed an FA Cup glamour game with holders Arsenal in the fifth round.
Sir Alex Ferguson's side are chasing last season's Double winners in the Premiership - and now have the opportunity to end their FA Cup campaign.
Stoke-Chelsea may be interesting...

That may be the case, but United will want to throw the arse out of the competition just because its Arsenal, and it will be kinda like a final excorsism from last years awful season (Scary really, when not finishing in the top 2 is awful. )
