Fitness don't forget fitness with plyometrics.
Get Dutch gates 5 of them can be the low ones 18 inches or the higher ones line them up no more than a yard between each. Do high knee jumps straight over the gates and back, bringing knees up toward chest.
Two cones placed 20 yards apart. Do speed dribbling from one cone to the other and back
Do abdominal crunches with feet held up off the ground.
Use Single Gate about 24 inches high. Do high knee jumps side to side over the gate.
6 flag poles placed 2 yards apart, player does dribbling weave through cones and back.
14 hurdles about 9 - 12 inches off ground, placed close together. Run over and back lifting feet high to clear the hurdle.
Two cones 15 yards apart. Do shuttle run from cone to cone.

It depends on their age. Younger children should be working with the ball more, High School JV or older can do more conditioning. Hopefully it will be fun in either case.
I knew a family from Columbia who rigged up their basement so the kids could play soccer in the basement. They had three boys who all were pretty good players.
