2nd Division is now national, Atl Universidad and Cesar Vallejo are in.

Este año 2006, la Segunda División Nacional estará conformada por ocho clubes provenientes de la antigua Segunda División Metropolitana, dos clubes descendidos de Primera División y dos clubes que serán elegidos por concurso, haciendo un total de doce equipos.

Nueve clubes en busca de los cupos de Segunda
(Lima) Terminada la primera etapa del concurso por invitación al campeonato de Segunda División Nacional del año 2006, nueve son las instituciones que están en camino.

Los clubes son: UTC de Cajamarca, Alfonso Ugarte de Puno, Juan Aurich de Chiclayo, Manucci de Trujillo, Deportivo Curibamba de Andahuaylas, Deportivo Municipal Device de Piura, Deportivo Mariano Damaso (Tambillo Grande) de Tingo María, Universitario de Deportes de Yanacancha de Cerro de Pasco y Atlético Mineros de Lima.

El 10 de Febrero es la fecha para la presentación de las propuestas.

Asimismo se instaló el comité de evaluación presidido por el Dr.Augusto Millones y compuesto por el Dr. Juan Enrique Dupuy y el Sr. Francisco Gonzáles Dávila.

Los ganadores se conocerán el día 20 de Febrero.

Me parece paja, que la 2da división sea más ordenada, ahora sólo falta que en 1ra división no se jueguen tantos partidos x año, para poder planificar mejor las competencias internacionales a nivel de club y de selección.

Sólo que me hubiera parecido más justo que sean la mitad de Lima y la mitad de Provincias, no 8-Lima y 4-Provincias como ahora. Todo es corregible.

Pero bacán este nuevo paso.;)

Segunda Descentralizada comienza el 29 de Abril

(Lima) A partir del 29 de Abril del 2006 se comenzará a jugar la Segunda División a nivel nacional, como parte del proceso de reestructuración de los sistemas de los campeonatos nacionales.

La base de la nueva Segunda División son los clubes del campeonato metropolitano del torneo jugado hasta el 2005, el cual aporta 7 equipos: Olímpico Somos Perú, Deportivo Aviación, Deportivo Municipal, Universidad de San Marcos, La Peña Sporting, América Cochahuayco y Villa del Mar.

Something kinda gay, tho: teams promoted to 1st division are the 1st Place of 2nd Division and the winner of Copa Peru (:rolleyes: ). Copa Peru should be our 3rd division.

2nd place in 2nd division only gets some money. Last 2 place teams in 1st Division gets relegated to 2nd Division.

In couple of years, better finaced teams, with more history and tradition will come to 2nd division to make it more competitve and overall better, probably melgar and Huaral.
