Lets just say his dad is probably better than him right now. Nah he never panned out for United. They were probably hoping he would be half as good as his pops but that didn't happen. He is a decent player right now though.

Technically he wasn't bad but he couldn't really handle the pace or physical nature of English football. He popped up in the UEFA cup final playing for Alaves when Liverpool beat them a few seasons back. Think he moved on to Espanyol but don't know if he's still at the club.

IIRC he's actually called Johann Cruyff Jr. but took on the name "Jordi" (a Catalan saint, I think which is his middle name) when he was at Barcelona to try and take some of the pressure off himself.

Didn't he come through at Barca while his dad was manager? That probably had something to do with the alternative name as well.
