Just got into Amsterdam last night. What a long flight. 8 hours of restlessness. As soon as I get here the heavens start to pour down. I'll be here a while so hopefully this rain can stop.

Hope you avoided everything and had nothing more than increased security in Spain to deal with.

Thanks folks. The only delay I had was when some woman decided to light up and set off the smoke detector in the toilet. Our section was kicked out and we had to go through security again. Once back in we left almost immediately and must have been one of the last flights out of Scotland. I only found out about the inept attempt at terrorism when we landed.

Itīs awful. I hate Spain and I hate Weddings. Not long to go now though. Then I can return to football news and easy access to BS. :D

Spain is an English toilet. Some very good small towns, a few good cities, great women (more on that to come), good and very cheap food but the rest of the place is like an English holiday camp. The disgrace that is Benidorm, which thankfully I only had to endure 2 hours of when passing through, is the perfect example. Oh, and my easy access to BS was thrown into disarray when I got back to find that my house was hit by lightning.

I go to school there.
During the warm months, the weather is actually pretty nice. I don't know about going to Maine for the beaches though. :p
