I agree. My parents never buying the Piratenschiff for me almost ruined my childhood.

You don't say! It was *just the same* with me!! Uncanny. Maybe we are the same person without realizing it, you know, like in that movie? Commuting between England and here would be a bitch, but it could be possible, don't you think?

Or you are my evil twin? I always thought it would be cool to have an evil twin.

But I think the Piratenschiff frustration really unites West Germany. That's why we will never be able to relate to the Ossis, they have nothing comparable.

Were they even allowed to have such toys?

Nah, dunno. To be perfectly honest (don't you tell anyone), I'm not really that evil. Lazy and dumb, yes, but downright evil? Not so much.

Maybe i could be your lazy and dumb twin?

Ahaha. Poor kids. Nah... ;)

The one thing my father loved was building a gigantic doll's house (Puppenhaus) for me and my sister, that's also where my Playmobil figures 'lived'. It's beautiful and I loved it.
The one who becomes pregnant first will get it. *eek*

So remember, if your future kids will be daughters, build one, it will be worth it!
You could even build a railway around it or a tunnel under it - oh the possibilities! :D

Hmm will be worth it ? If you force your daugters to get pregnant to get it= *G* Girls are so complicated :)

No you can't. I am the lazy and dumb twin. And give the Piratenschiff back straight away, I know you took it away from me.

Maybe it's good that I never had brothers or sisters.

Here we go. A small step in the wrong direction, and before you know it you end up supporting BVB. It's a sad story really.

Supporting BVB is the only real decision one can make

Well, I had the pirate ship AND a french pinasse AND treasure Island :p

I still believe the island was cursed, because it dropped from the top of my cupboard right on my head twice without any visible reasons. First time it was just painful, second time I suffered a bleeding wound that had to be sewed with 6 stitches! Then I switched to lego :D

btw: I really was addicted to "Heman and the Masters of the Universe!"

Seriously, how old are you? Twelve? When we were kids, there was no such thing as a french pinasse. Back then, Playmobil was toys for MEN, not some queer, girlish shit like a french pinasse! I mean, grow the ******** up!!

Why do you keep torturing me?? I told you, I NEVER HAD THE BLOODY PIRATENSCHIFF!!! Argh!! This is killing me!

Recently, our boss invited us all to some garden party. A colleague of mine brought her twins. The boss has older kids, and what do they produce for the small ones to play with? You guessed it - the Piratenschiff. So there I am, eating snacks, sipping fizzy water (I was the driver) and making dull conversation while the urchins get to play with the Piratenschiff the WHOLE EVENING. :( Then, when we're about to leave, the small ones start crying because they don't wanna stop playing with the Piratenschiff (I don't blame them), so the host's kids decide they're to old to play with the Piratenschiff anyway and give it to those damn rascals.

I repeat: THEY WERE GIVING AWAY THE PIRATENSCHIFF TO THEM!!!1!

I was in shock. I had to make do without the Piratenschiff my whole life, and they just walk into some house and get it on a silver platter? Just because they're four, and I'm 33? I life really this unfair?

Of course, it was I who had to give them a lift home, and all the way the brats are going on about their stupid Piratenschiff and the adults kept saying how bloody *nice* it was of my boss's kids to just give it to them. I tell you, I was *this* close to pulling over and strangling them all with my bare hands.

True story.
Truly, life's a bitch, and I want my money back.

Tthat sucks. I dont think I could take that. If some stupid kids got it after all those years without it I would have taken it and drove off. Bloody kids.

Yeah! HE-MAN! "Bei der Macht von Grayskull! Ich habe die Zauberkraft!"

Although She-Ra sucked, Shadow Weaver was by far the coolest among the evil characters on both shows! Shadow Weaver > Evil Lynn! But Skeletor > Hordac, of course.

You know I wanted to buy a nice little German PLAYMOBIL®l figure and the lady in the shop told me they had to send them back.

I guess PLAYMOBIL® didn't pay FIFA enough?!

Oh, yes, i had this one, too. :)

Now only the seperates somewhere on the loft of my parents house,
perhaps also the manual.

Playmobil is ok, but LEGO rules.

I am 23. And that pinasse existed.
Now I googled half an hour to find a picture of the french pinasse. No success. But I owned one! I know exactly how I bombed it with some China Böller D after I had unfortunately cracked the mast! Damn it, there must be a picture ANYWHERE anywhere on the internet. You can find hundreds of thousands of porn pics within a few minutes but not one pic of this ship. It was a bit smaller than the pirate ship and had light blue sails with the french enblem one knows from the c-64 game "Pirates!" on it. Alter, isch schwör! And I wasn`t on drugs that early.

p.s. I did like Hordak. But I always wanted to have mossman and never got him when I was a kid.
I finally bought him on ebay last year to come to terms with the past.
