Not the worst by far, but rather very very not good, considering the high praise it received. My bro, my mom and I saw it separately and we all came to the same conclusion: the parts that are supposed to be funny just aren't, but people are confused because the movie comes over as "quirky" and "sophisticated".
A good review for my POV: ign.filmforce.com; it's there somewhere.
the royal tenebaums kicks ass
in terms of worst movie ever, i think Pootie Tang has to be in the running

Waking Life by Richard Linklatter. I'm a fan of his films, however, this one was just unwatchable. Terrible film, so boring.
A fine movie. Clever, psuedo deep claptrap, a successor to the fine Slackers.
What the hell were you suspecting?

Ator: Fighting Eagle.
If you imagine a Conan the Barbarian theme, but 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 times worse, you have some idea. It 'stars' Graham Norton's hero Miles O'Keefe, and it goes beyond 'so bad it's funny', like a Steven Segal film. It is so bad, you feel like a salted snail just watching it. Here's a line so you can fathom how bad this film is:
"...and the ground trembles like a virgin going to the nuptual bed"-Some priest type telling of bad omens for the evil king.
Other than that, I'd definately put forward Titanic.

Royal Tenembaums kicked major booty. Don't know what Daniel's talking about.
Crouching Tiger was also a great movie, IMO, even though a lot of people seem to disagree.
Anaconda was a masterpiece :D

Well John was in two pretty good films, Saturday Night Fever and Pulp Fiction.

I saw the trailer this past week and I agree. What could ever possess a studio to make such nonsense. Stupid, idiotic and not funny.

My verdict:
Thin Red Line is my favorite film. Tremendous film.
Royal Tennebaums was laugh-out-loud funny as well as being forboding. I liked it a lot.
Taste of Cherry, personally, I found it exhausting, and frankly what I've seen of Iranian film ( not a great deal admittedly) I've found overrated. I'm just one of those who thinks this particular emperor isn'twearing any clothes, and no one would be hailing these particular directors as paramount artists if they were coming out of Kansas rather than a closed society. But that's just me.

Does anyone know the answers to these two questions:
1) Was the new Rollerball as bad as everyone said it was? and
2) Is Rebecca Romijn-Stamos' full nude scene worthwhile enough to rent the DVD?
