Fulham lined up like this against Spurs

----------------McBride-----------Helguson---------------

---Boa Morte------Malbranque--------Elliot------------Legwinski---------

---Bridge--------Bocanegra---------Knight------------Rosenior-------------

----------------------------Niemi--------------------------------------

Luckily, Papa Bouba Diop is away on international duty for Senegal. So that takes some steel out of their midfield. McBride is good in the air and is underrated with his feet, but Vidic should be able to neutralize him in the air. Boa Morte and Malbranque are the other big threats in my eyes. Boa Morte has a lot of pace, Neville can handle him though. Malbranque is creative. Good passer and good dribbler. We can play 2 against 2 in the midfield for this game though.

At the back, we should be able to breach their back 4. Bocanegra and Knight are a pretty weak duo. Do we really need Rooney for this game? Saha and Ruud should be more than enough in attack. I don't think their fullbacks can handle our wings, although Bridge is a good player. He's a bit dangerous going forward.

You might see Michael Brown start this match.

Park ran Volz and some of the other defenders off the field the last match (in what I believe to be Park's best performance in MU uniform so far), but things could be a bit different now with Bridge being there. Either way, I hope SAF starts him this time around and hope that Park can be just as effective as he was in that game.

And I can see Saha bagging another one against his former club. :) I say give Rooney a rest this time around as Saha's in good form and Rooney needs a rest anyway.

As many have already pointed out, Vidic looks dead tired at the end of the Blackburn game....

So we might see fan favourite, Silvestre, partnering Brown...:(

Vidic should still play, no matter what. Give Rooney a rest if anything, even though we would probably need him off the bench.

Fulham should line up:

-------McBride--Helguson--------

-------------Brown--------------

--Boa Morte---------Malbranque-

-------------Elliott--------------

-Bridge--Boca----Knight-Rosenior-

I'm assuming that Coleman would want to put Brown in the lineup, and that would come at the expense of Malbranque, who would likely shift to the right and take Legwinski's place. It could go the other way and have Brown playing on the left mid of a 4-3-3 like they attempted earlier in the season, but that would put John in the starting lineup, which I can't see happening.

Volz hasnt even made the bench since his return to fitness, and if Rosenior starts with Malbranque ahead of him in midfield, ManU's best shot to destroy FFC is to pressure the right side and use speed against Rosenior. Fulham is also quite suspect in the middle with Elliott and Knight - but I'm also assuming Coleman isnt starting Goma for some reason.

ManU should win.

That's strange, he's been having a good season so far, I personally think he's a much better choice than Rosenoir.
Anywho, feel free to hand over more secrets and strategies. :p

Volz is better than Rosenior and was probably the most consistent performer for Fulham before his injury. I'm assuming that he's not as fit as has been reported and that's the only reason why he hasnt been starting.

As far as Knight goes, that's a mystery of why he's starting. Fulham's central defender depth chart should look like this:

Bocanegra
Goma
Pierce
Rehman (gone on loan)
Cristenval
Fulham season ticket holders
An elderly cocker spaniel
A traffic light
The exhumed remains of Winston Churchill
Margaret Thatcher
The dead whale they found in the Thames
An Ipod
An Ipod Nano
A cardboard cutout of Yoda
Zat Knight's imaginary friend "Cocoa"
An extra Machester United Striker
A handfull of Legos
A feather pillow
Zat Knight

But for some reason he starts

You forgot Mr. al-Fayed's cat. Thanks for the props on Bocanegra!

We can't possibly make as many mistakes as we made yesterday, can we? I would think that we should play them off the park.

hopefully there is nothing to worry about
since fulham havent won an away game all year so no matter how bad we play they will play worse

i say let rooney rest, if hes as tired as everone says, let Saha play this game, and rooney will get a welcome break, since i dont thin we ahve anything to worry about from this team...

Here's a fun activity: let's drop an anvil on Rio's head and see if he just watches it fall, or takes some sort of evasive action.

It would be nice if you put the date of the match in the thread title, like we used to do.
